Update/Cancel subscription

We provide a customer portal where you can:

  • Update your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

Please ensure that your email ID is correct as all subscription updates and confirmations will be sent to that email ID.

Steps to Your Subscription

  1. Login to https://kiteform.com: Use your credentials to log in.
  2. Click on Settings: Navigate to the settings by clicking the Settings tab.
  3. Click on Manage Subscription: This will take you to the Stripe customer portal.
  4. Update Subscription: Click on update plan button to update your subscription.

Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Kiteform Pro subscription at any time through your account settings, click on Manage Subscription. It will redirect you to the stripe portal. Click on cancel plan button to cancel the subscription.

Your cancellation will take effect immediately, but you will retain access to Kiteform Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or unused time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your Kiteform Pro subscription before the end of your prepaid period. Read more about our refund policy.
