Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Kiteform Pro subscription at any time via the Kiteform dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

No-Refund Policy

As detailed in our Terms & Conditions, Kiteform maintains a no-refund policy. We strictly adhere to this policy under all typical circumstances including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Failure to Cancel Subscription Before Renewal: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription in a timely manner if you no longer wish to use Kiteform Pro.
  • Claims of Unused Time: We do not issue refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind.
  • Testing Pro Features: Our free plan is designed to allow you to test and evaluate our form builder thoroughly before deciding to purchase a Pro subscription. We are also available to answer any queries regarding the features of Kiteform Pro.

Exceptions to Our Policy

Refunds may be issued solely in the event of significant service disruptions or inability to access Kiteform Pro features due to technical issues on our part that persist for an extended period. Should you encounter such issues, please contact our support team within a reasonable timeframe to discuss a potential refund.
