Billing & payment information
We provide a customer portal where you can:
- Change billing information
- Download previous invoices
- Modify the communication email ID to receive invoices
Please ensure that your email ID is correct as all invoices and receipts will be sent to that email ID. Remember to update your billing details in your customer portal.
Steps to Login to the Customer Portal
- Login to https://kiteform.com: Use your credentials to log in.
- Click on Settings: Navigate to the settings by clicking the Settings tab.
- Click on Manage Subscription: This will take you to the Stripe customer portal.
